This way you can spend time with your family and enjoy life while we do the work for you. Therefor we offer different service package to make it easier for you. Each package is build to service different needs.

Placement Package

This package is design for the property owner that still want to manage toe property but does not want to find a new tenant. We will take care of the advertising, showings, rental agreement and move-in inspection. That way you can relax and spend time with your family.

Silver Package

This is the more sough after package. It includes the placement package plus we will manage the property on a day to day basis. You will get monthly and yearly statement.

Gold Package

This package include the silver package plus a warranty of piece of mind with our rent warranty program. This way you always know that the rent will come in. it also comes with bi-annual inspection of the property to ensure that everything is going well.
